This form is for FAS graduate students who are not assigned a space elsewhere at the University to submit requests for a graduate desk in FAS managed space in SRYE.

FAS grad desks are limited. Students should only have one graduate desk. If you have a desk in one of the locations (ASB, SRYC, SRYE), please indicate this in your application. Please note that there have been changes to the SRYE graduate desk policy and graduate students will only need to apply once a year.

For the 2023-2024 Academic Year, the application deadline is Monday, August 28, 2023.

If you begin your programs in the Spring or Summer semesters and wish to have a grad desk, please apply at the beginning of your respective semester. You will need to re-apply in the Fall semester. Please note if you are applying in the Fall semester, only one application is required, you do not need to apply separately for Fall and Spring.
