FAS Digital Displays Request (ASB BBY):

The FAS digital displays are available to any unit or school within the Faculty of Applied Sciences (FAS). The purpose of this form is to make a request to have your content displayed on a FAS Digital screen in the Applied Sciences Building at the Burnaby campus.

If this request is to promote an event, please include your event date, time, and location as well as any other relevant information.

Please note, requests generally take 2 weeks to be reviewed and responded to. Content gets refreshed on a weekly basis to have new content appearing Monday morning.

General Information: Screens are located in the following areas:

1. ASB 10702 located on the left pillar of the reception desk (Advising/Meeting schedules)
2. ASB 10702 located on the right pillar of the reception desk (Advising/Meeting schedules)
3. ASB 10702 located behind the reception desk (Events, Promotional material)
4. ASB 9000 located outside of ASB 9703 (Events, FAS Program Information)
5. ASB 9000 located inside ASB 9701 Innovation Studio (Lab and Safety Display )

Run time: The content that you submit will run for a maximum of two weeks to ensure that the screens continue to engage the viewers.

Image requirements:

1. Please only use the pre-approved templates in this folder (Link) for your submission 
2. Please do not add text to your background image. Instead, use the editable text field within the templates to convey your message

Restrictions: Each piece of content gets reviewed prior to being added to the display. If your content is rejected, please do not resubmit without remedying the issue.

Content cannot include the following:

1. Explicit or derogatory language or images
2. Discriminatory language or images
3. Personal information relating to an individual
4. Any offer for service/sale
5. Content must be static and not include videos
