The poster session takes place Friday December 16 2016, 15:30 in Galleria 3240.

Each group must prepare a poster presentation of its course project. Posters should be a minimum of 24 inches by 36 inches, but may be made up of a set of 8 letter size pages. During the session group members take turns answering questions about their poster.

Every student will be required to complete a poster examination sheet with questions related to the poster presentations of other groups. The sheets should be completed by visiting the other groups and asking questions of the group presenter.

The first half-hour of the poster session is for set-up, after which all groups should be ready for answering questions about their posters.

The poster session will be graded as follows.

• 40% poster quality
• 20% poster presentation
• 40% poster examination
